Greets!

Has anyone here used the mighty VM200 with Sonar 3?

I'm interested in being able to control more than 8 channels with the faders but can't see any way for the VM to be used as banks etc.
I'm running it into an RME Digi96/8 with never a problem but can see that I might be asking a bit much.

Any others had the same 'challenge'?

Ok ignore this question.... oh, you already have. :)

The problem was with the mobo sound card. Now I have all audio routed away from the VM, I have two banks of 8 faders to play with and two stereo buses as well.

The VM200 gets to live on. It really is hard to beat for all round use now when you can use it as a 16 channel/2 bus/1 master controller as well!
