I'm on Windows 7 x64, myself. I know there are a quite a few Vista x64 users on the official REAPER forums.

I found the place on the Reaper site where it said that it supports it. I don't have an interface for that computer yet, and I don't know if I want the hassle of making sure everything is 64 bit compatible.
