Vintage Ventura guitar for sale!

Don't have much info on it.....Made in Japan in the mid 70's.

There are two things about this guitar that I like:

1. The tone knobs are really responsive

2. 2 volume knobs! I think each pickup has it's own volume controll! ISN'T THAT COOL?! I sure think it is.......

what brand is it? You've got the image reversed and it's fuzzy to boot.
 
Looks like Washburn to me.

What's that green thing by the neck p/u?
 
hey I don't know what that green thing is.

It's a Ventura.
 
It almost looks like

a pushbutton switch of some kind. To switch pickup phase? A coil tap?
 
I took a closer look at it, and it's just a screw with a green pad thingy on it....I have no idea what it's use is.
 
I suspect that it once had a flying pickguard on it. That screw was probably one of the supports. Gibson LP's put the support for the pickguard there too.
