vf160 general compressor settings

I've got this guy who recorded his stuff on a Tascam 788. He needs it burned to a CD, but he has no way to do it. I told him I could run the RCA stereo out in to a pair of channels on my vf160, pan it, eq it, compress it and burn a CD.

I will record on 15&16, pan left&right, eq on 15&16 and compress the Master.

I use an outboard compressor, but I don't feel like messing with it for this as it requires an additional internal mixdown. What would be some good for a general compressor settings half assed "mastering"?

Threshold -10db; Ratio 2.5:1; Attack 8ms; Gain 0

Actually, I wouldn't compress at all unless you really need to.
