vf16 mastering to cd ?

hi i'm new! whats the easiest way of mastering from a vf16 to cd or pc so i can stick me songs on the interweb thingy.
i've just bought a vf off of Ebay so its all new to me!
the last 'gear i used was cubase v2 on an atrai so i am a bit rusty

Aside from doing the mix "inside the box" you can also dump the tracks into your computer using whatever DAW software you might have. This can be done 8 tracks at a time using the ADAT out along with the appropriate interface (if you have one). The only reason to choose this approach would be due to needing a more exacting edit capability or more options EQ/FX wise. I only mention this as it is JUST another option to doing the mix inside the VF16.

I don't know if the online manual Paj gave you is like the printed manual that came with my VF, but it's painfully obvious it was written by someone whose native language is not English. The terminology is a bit clumsy in spots.
