LOAD FROM CR-300
Connect DIGITAL OUT OPTICAL of the CR-300 to VF-16 DIGITAL DATA IN.
Make sure no optical cable is connected to the DIGITAL IN OPTICAL of the CR-300.
Connecting 2 cables between the VF-16 and CR-300 may cause digital clock loop.
Select the ?Track Number? you want to load on CR-300. This is CR-300?s TRACK NUMBER, not that of VF-16.

Notes;
1. Audio data is still in the hard drive after the data is saved to CDR.
If a program is longer than 8 minutes, you may not save entire program to a single disk, in this case try saving Track 1-8 to a single disk and Track 9-16 to a second disk.
Do the same thing on DATA load.
2. The saved diskette is same as regular digital audio disk, once it?s finalized, it can be played back by any other CD player, however, there are audio beep tones before the actual audio and between track pairs.
3. Please refer to the VF-16?s Owner?s manual ?Loading data using the S/PDIF or adat digital signal? on Page 84 for details.
You will be using CR-300 as one of the S/PDIF back up device.
Mixer settings, (Pan, Eq, Effects, Scene memories) will not be saved to the CR-300.
4. ?Completed? prompt after saving program does not mean that program was saved properly, it simply means that VF-16 completed data Dump. To check whether the data was saved properly or not, you have to load it back to VF-16, if it loads properly, the data was saved properly.
For this reason, I recommend that you load the program to a ?New? program, then if it is O.K., you may delete the old program in the hard drive.
