Does anyone have experience using a VF-16 and GigaSampler together? I'm considering buying an ADAT sound card and Gigasampler with the following goal in mind:
I would like to load samples into GigaSampler, then use them while playing a keyboard connected to my PC, at the same time recording the music to either CakeWalk or directly to the VF-16. (Would I have to record to CakeWalk and then transfer the tracks as wave files to my VF-16?)
This procedure seems generally logical to me, but I've had such logical thoughts before and discovered too late that I did not understand what I was getting into.
Does anyone know if I can do this?
