Vestax 100 help

my friend here has a Vestax 100 and its alllll fucked up. the tempo faders are reversed so fast is slow and slow is fast. the effects knobs are all backwards. and the cue functions are also a little messed up. is there a way you can "reset" it or do you have to do this in tractor le?(which is what he's using)
