...happier than you.
O.K... I downloaded the latest version of n-Track... and here's two glitches that I've encountered..
I record a breif track... just a dummy track... don't plan on keeping it.. prolly just doing mic tests and what not... so I close n-Track and do NOT save the .sng file...
the next day I go to lay a track in a new project... I click on "Record"... I start playing... I finish playing... I hit stop... I look at my wav file... it doesn't look as long as I thought it would... in fact.. it doesn't look at all like the song I just finished playing... so I click "play"... and what do I hear...?
the dummy track I recorded the night before!!!
I try this a number of times... hitting record and just mic testing and stoping it... each time.. instead of recording what I just said into the mic... it just inserts an old wav file from a session that I didn't even save...????? What the heck??? I searched my hard drive for every file named "new song_1.wav" and deleted them all... and finally it starts recording my voice, instead of just inserting a previously used wav file... is that buggy or what...??
Second problem... I finish recording a track... want to mix it down real quick... all of a sudden.. it's like it "loses" the wav file... what was previously looked like a wav file is now a big red "X"... and it says something like "can not find new song_1.wav, would you like to search for it."
What's up with that???
