VERY VERY Stuck

I am stuck on a part of my music that i cant at all get right. Its a piece of orchestral music dark and i can not get a Good built to the big bang of the song

which lasts literally lasts 3 seconds and then BANG

the song comes in on a chord of

Left Hand C2

Right hand C4 E4 C5

I need some type of build can anyone at all help?

It would help if we knew what came before and after. Without conbtext, it is difficult to suggest anything
