vermona retroverb

Hello,

I've been reading about this and it looks really cool... spring reverb.

I was thinking of getting an effects processor, but mostly for just reverb to be added on vocals (a little on some other tracks too). I don't like the effects in my fostex vf16... so, i had been thinking of getting possibly the Kurzweil rumour, but ran into this vermona retroverb which caught my attention.

What do you all think?

It looks like it's aimed more at the guitarist than vocalist; that's not to say it couldn't be used on a vocal track, but basically, it's designed to do one thing very well.

I think the Rumour would be a better overall choice simply because it has so many options. Not only does it do mutiple types of reverb (hall, ambience, plate, etc) but it probably also does chorusing, flanging, multi-tap delay, etc.

AND... the Rumour has pretty nice converters
