Ventilation problem

I have a 8x8 home studio I built in the garage with all the soundproofing and toys. Its sealed very well however it gets very stuffy in the room. There is a 4 in duct for air flow that I used from the master bedroom closet and a 4 in return duct that runs through the attic to the laundry room to use the main return duct in the house. It cools pretty good when the ac is on but when it shuts off the room gets stuffy and hot quickly and i dont want to keep the ac on all the time especially with winter coming.

Should i add a exhaust fan to the room and run the house fan when Im in there?

Struggling, need some tips!

If the AC helps, then try putting on the house fan first. If that doesn't help, then you'll have to go looking for a very quiet extractor.

Consider tapping a source for out side air, in the winter at least if that's an option.
