Vegas 4 - just some questions bout recording with it

So i am trying to make the Ntrack to Vegas switch.

I use vegas for editing video a lot, but never have really done a soely audio project with it.

I recorded some drums with my delta 44.... so I have a stereo track (overhead) and 2 mono tracks (snare/kick)...this worked fine.

For any other tracks that I added after it...even thought while recording it'd be on time...after i'm done - it is TERRIBLY off time. I guess this is like the dreaded delta latency problem or something?? what can i do to fix it? ha
 
Which version of Vegas 4 are you using, and are you using WDM or ASIO drivers? Version 4.0C had those kinds of timing/latency problems (with WDM drivers), which was fixed in 4.0D.
