V-Amp Tones

I am looking to get a PODxt or a V-amp2. I heard some of the sound samples off the line6 web site, but was wondering if anybody has or can lead me to some V-Amp Samples. I mostly need it as a practice amp, but that doesn't mean I want it to suck.

Both work well. I use a POD for rehearsal and a V-Amp Pro for performance.

Some say that the overdrive sounds are better in the POD and the clean sounds better in the V-Amp gear.

What does the XT offer over the POD? Is the rack mount a better version over the portable?

Most POD XT users perfer the sound over the earlier non-XT versions. The XT versions cost more.

The rack models have the same basic sound with more I/O options and digital I/O.
