Using the HD24 as an interface

I was just wondering if anyone is using the HD24 as an interface to the PC via the ADAT in/out.

Does it work OK? I'm considering purchasing one for remote stuff but would like to just go straight into the PC when I'm home doing my own stuff. It's really not a big deal when using the Firewire drives I guess, it would just remove a step when I'm recording at home.

I've done it occasionally -- it works great...!

If you don't want to actually mount a drive while you're doing it, just hit the ALL INPUT button...
