Using SONAR

I have had SONAR for about 2 months and can do nothing absolutely nothing wondering if someone can help guide me through using it making beats, double voicing, recording , the whole nine yards until I get it down would be nice. PS

You can get it from amazon.com it's a good compliment to the manual.
