using slave harddrive

I have a p-4 computer with emu0404 sound card + I added a second 80 gig drive. I've been told to load my recording prog. to the o.s. , and save audio to the new drive. Can anyone give me a brief rundown on how to do this?I have a power tracks, pro audio nine on the way.(thanks for the advice, Manning 1) I'd like to be ready when it gets here. Thanx.

i'm confused what your asking ?
in powertracks (or any other program for that matter)
before you start a new song you should set up a new folder(for example lets call it "mynewsong" for the new song on the new drive (NOT THE OS DRIVE).
then - in powertracks when you want to save a song, use the save dialog to save to the new folder "mynewsong" on the new drive.
powertracks projects consisting of audio and midi tracks are saved as a
seq extension. read about saving in the user help file.
