Using resilient channel-picture

Here is my studio under construction. I am using resilient channel, putting firring strips over that and then pine paneling. This stuff works people! I decided to use it half way through the project so I have walls with it and walls without it. You can hit a wall that has it with your fist and the vibrations are absorbed right there. Do the same with the rigid walls and it vibrates through the whole house. The difference is amazing.
