Using Boss GT-100 pedal for audio monitoring

I was wondering if there's a way I could maybe use my GT-100 with my studio monitors mix music with high fidelity audio. I know I can record guitars and stuff with it, but I wanted to know if I can use it only to monitor audio when mixing songs.

On my Mac you set the Boos GT 100 as a aggregate device - and then you get audio in and out - it's not the best FYI>
