Using A Filter Effect on All Your Tracks at Once

Hello, I'm using Reason 9 and I'm looking to achieve the effect such as used in the following link used at 1:30-1:34 of the video

How do i achieve this type of effect on all of my tracks at once??? Does anyone know of anything in Reason specifically that I could use to modulate the filter to my liking on every track at once, not just one??? Thanks guys

To apply any effect to all tracks at once you could put it on the master bus.
