I have an Audiophile card. I am thinking of getting a 1010. Can I run these simultaneously on 1 pc with one clocked to the other?

connect the S/PDIF out from one card to the in of the other. It'll work fine.

Aren't all the Delta series cards supposed to be able to synch up internally by using just one of the clocks?

"supposed" but I emailed M-Audio after reading tons of posts about sync issues with their cards when I was gonna put a Delta 410 in my system next to my 1010 and the responce I got was to link via S/PDIF and everything would work fine. That coincides with a huge pile of posts I've read.
