I have a delta 1010 with logic sliver and beefed-up Gateway.
Also I have tascam 424mkII (I Love) and I won't to used it as a Mixer with out bord Effects. I play acoustic sing with Bass and so
on. So what is the Best way to hook this up and not get feed-back
in head phones and on tracks

How many tracks are you looking to record at once? I've used my Tascam 424 MKII as a mixer into my PC a lot. The most you can do are 4 tracks at once. Line out L-R, and Aux1 and Aux2. I'm not too familiar with the Delta 1010, but my Dman 2044 had non-latency monitoring.

I run all my signals through a Tascam 4 track into my soundcard and I've only once had feedback with a mic and the monitors. Otherwise there have never been any problems with this set up, in fact it's nice to have the 4 trax preamps for vox etc.

My connection is simply an RCA . 1/8" pin jack into the line in on the soundcard. I was using an RAC . 1/4 and adding a 1/8 adaptor but i would the weight of the cord pulled on the soundcard, Hossa makes cables that work well enough.
