use DI box with keyboard?

My keyboard has a really weak output. I'm about to get a new mixer (Soundcraft M8) and I wonder if it would be better to put my keyboard trough a DI box before the mixer inputs or should I just wire my keyboard directly to the mixer?

If it doesn't have much gain and the cable run is short then you can probably go straight in. If you want to run the cables 20ft or more then I would use the DI.
