USB Audio Interfaces ??

I need to know whats wrong with these. I've been warned off them since I started looking at recording gear (3 weeks or so ago). I was looking at the M-Audio Omnistudio USB and it has everything I need. What sort of problems will I run into with a USB interface?

Bandwidth is limited, so the number of tracks you're going to be able to input is also.

Never actually had a problem with them, but I have to admit that I don't own one. I know that there are several here that can't stand them...

OK, so about that bandwidth problem, If the most I ever want to record at the same time is 2 tracks, I'm ok right? (its for a home studio and my parents say NO to a drumkit so I'll be using Loop/Sample software for that).

Ok, any other problems people?
