Hey guys, new here. I'm having a little trouble setting up my new tascam US 1641 interface. I have installed everything including cubase le5 and I just installed the update from the tascam site.
The problem now is for what ever reason, my computer is not recognizing the unit. I click the control panel for the interface and it says it's "not found". Yes it is pluged in and the software is up to date, how ever when I tried to update the firmware it can't because it can't see the device.
Any idea of what to do?
