What sounds better Im looking into the Motu ultralite it has less inputs than the tascam but maybe it sounds better and Im kind of into the less is more idea(sorry bout the runon sentence).

I was originally considering US-1641, but I just got a Tascam M-164UF Mixer with 16 channel USB 2.0 Audio Interface
Channels 1 to 10 are individual, 11/12 Aux 1/2, 13/14 SUB L+R, 15/16 Stereo L+R. 24/48 IN's with 24/96 Out
very clean sounding, and best of analog and digital worlds
Does not have any digital IN (SPDIF) or MIDI, which I don't need
