Uploaded Final Mix-Your Feedback Please

Hi All -

Activated the tunes on Soundclick now. I'd really welcome your feedback on these 2 tracks (funky blues and straight blues) recorded with my band..we are at the final mix (we hope!) stage and thought I would ask all of you for any feedback or suggestions on these tracks. I've now spent so long with these songs that I am losing my perspective on the mix!

They are up now.

Lost my way reminds me of a Traffic/Blind faith song at the start. More bluesy now that is in the verse. Really like it. Sounds good.

Long Way From Home is definitely funkier. Little more R&B. Both sound pretty good to me. Nice and clean. Really liked them.

Thanks v much for your comments...much appreciated!

Glad you like the tunes. Yes the Lost Your Way track started life as pure blues but the intro and sax riffs take it in a bit of a different direction.

Can I ask...were you cool with the volume of the snare drum and cymbals throughout?
