upload sites

Hey, I'm kind of new to the online mp3 upload sort of thing. A couple of years ago I opened up a myspace page just as a place to stash my recordings so interested buddies could download it. Myspace seems to be kind of waning in interest since facebook became everyone's favorite new toy. I don't know squat about facebook... so... to get to the point... I know there must be sites out there who are like photobucket but for audio files... which are the most listened to? which are the most frequently 'hit'? I want to put up my album for free download but have no clue who I should go to as my upload site, because I really just want one, I don't like having to keep track of too many websites at once.... any ideas?
 
I'd like to know some basic options for uploading .wav's and .mp3's of my own for others to listen to.

Another one I've heard of is soundclick.com?
 
Soundcloud seems pretty decent.

You can either have the file open for everyone on the web to hear, or stipulate whether people can download it, or only stream, and also limit the actual users who can listen.
