Upgrade to Presonus 16/4/2

I am currenly using an M-Audio Projectmix / Protools 8.04 system which I like, I have a itch for the Presonus 16.4.2 (it lets me do more out of the box) I want to pair this with Protools 9 (complete version not crossgrade /upgrade)

I plan to buy the new kit soon and sell the Projectmix / protools 8.04

Can anyone anticipate any problems with - The chosen setp? Selling on / deregistering Protools, key issues? anything else?

I have a faderport (as yet unused) that takes care of my out of the box transport.

Bump - specifically if anyone has any advice regarding deregiistering Pro tools 8.04. And does the instrument expansion pack integrate ok with PT9?

I think it's an interesting set up, I recommended this same setup to a friend that had protools and wanted a mixer, I think this will only work with protools 9.
