Upgrade Cubase LE 4 not working...

Hey, I want to upgrade Cubase LE 4 to the real thing but the button in the software isn't working. Has anyone had this problem and is their anyway to bypass this problem.
 
Ok, I found how to upgrade it on their site but I have a problem. I forgot my username and password. That may not be a problem but I recently changed my e-mail service (from AOL to Wind Stream). I can't e-mail my username and password to my old e-mail so I don't know what to do.

I can use support but I need to be logged into my account for support which I can't do. Anyone know what to do?
 
I sent it but it sent it back. Is that a true e-mail support address?
 
hmmm... that should have gotten you some response... try re registering for the forum at your new address and theyll most likely let you post questions then...
 
Ok, I'm going to try it again. Then, if that doesn't work, register and ask them.
 
Aw shoot. I need to put the product registration key in order to create a new account for the forum. I can't now because I already used it.

Any suggestions?
 
write a note... and pm it to me here... i'll pass it along to a mod at the site...
 
not exactly a note.... but i passed it on to eckhard doll... he seems to run the forums...
