Unusual Applications

Hi All,

I've got to give a presentation about a strange or unusual application for a DAW. I have ProTools so I started this thread here, however, the project is not limited to PT. I am looking for suggestions. Maybe you ran across something in your own projects that is cool and unusual that you could share. It could be a plug-in or a virtual instrument or a odd solution to a common problem. I am being vague I know, but that vagueness is partially the reason I am here.

Any suggestion, and discussion, is appreciated.

Not really sure what you mean about "unusual"??

I've always thought that ReWire was pretty nifty....

Rewire is definitely a possible topic.

Unusual would be an application that is not recording and mixing music or Audio Post production. Maybe an application in forensic audio or restoration. Maybe you found a cool trick. That kind of thing.
