Unataching windows in Acid 4.0?

I use two 17' monitors in my DAW rig and cannot figure out how to get the loop explorer screen only on one monitor and just the track pane on the other monitor. Cakewalk has this feature of "breaking windows" off if you will to arange them anyware in your workspace. Does Acid have this feature and if so ..how?

Grab the vertical bar that is under the counter-clockwise arrow/triangle and X (from the tabs at the bottom left-hand side window pane).

However, the Acid screns will not fill the entire monitor screen like Cakewalk/Sonar.
