two lonely songs seek company and criticism

Hello,

I've just finished mixing a few songs and am hoping to get some advice on improvements to make with the next set of songs i record. I'm done on these songs now but just wanted to be aware of any major problems i have.

listened to eason drive...

yeah, pretty good. aRe you a band or you record solo?

i like the rhythm. great back up harmony.

the only thing i can criticise i guess is the singing is a little mumbled, it would be good if the vocalist sang more clearly.

We are a two-piece band (guitar and drums), hence the recordings may sound like they lack some bass. We both sing most of the songs which may account for the mumbled sound of the vocals. It could be that or bad recording a singing technique. Basically our singing is the aspect that we have most trouble with.

We're working on it though.

Excellent recording and song. I concur with the need for more vocal enunciation. But over all... it could fit quite nicely on any Weezer cd.(which is a good thing. I like Weezer).
