Turtle Beach Montego 3AD soundcard --- any comments ?

I got a second hand Dell PC that I'd like to use for MIDI
I had no onboard sound, but a Turtle Beach Montego 3AD soundcard, from what I could tell from the Dell

First problem was hard drive was completely erased, so there was no OS, no drivers, etc

Is this sound card any good ?

Does it do midi any good --- how are the on-board sounds (wavetable) ???

Is there anything positive / negative ?

I am not planning to do any audio recording, just midi and maybe hook-up to my Roland synth (eventually)

Should I leave the card in, or go with a Soundblaster ?

TBM cards will do fine for midi just as well as an SB
The onboard synths however are never quite that great, but fun to mess with
