trying to playback cd's with delta 44 sound card question.

hello

can anyone tell me why i cant playback cd's from my cdrom via my delta 44 soundcard?i have to record them first with my musicmatch software and then play my songs back.im use to connecting an audio cable to my soundcard for playback,but my delta 44 has no audio connection for a cdrom.last week,i was able to playback cd's fine through my delta soundcard using windows media player 7.1 without an audio cable connection.Im just curious how this is possible and how to get it working again

ummm, load the cd into media player or winamp and play it?
