You shouldn't need to select AHA anything if it's a USB device. Since you can read from the drive but not write... I don't know. You can try uninstalling musicmatch from add/remove programs and install the old version. Maybe try burning regular sized ones again... bad batch of the credit card ones?
If you look at the disk itself after the attempted burning, can you tell that it had written anything? you should see one area is a little darker, starting at the center of the disk moving outwards.
I'm at a bit of a loss as to the solution.
If it's real important I suggest bringing it to your local computer store for a diagnosis.
