Addled but happy
Here's what I'm trying to do:
Using Drums on Demand and nTrack, I've created a WAV file of about 40kb. I then burned that onto a CD.
Following the directions for the VF80, I then try to load the file to the machine. I want to do this because I plan to then record the other tracks onto the VF80. Then I will save all the files back onto another CD, dump them onto the computer and use nTrack to do the final mix. I know, it seems a bit backward, but I don't have my PC set up for good quality recording.
I've tried hooking the PC to the VF80, recording the drum track as it plays, but the sound is awful.
I know I need to name the file correctly (------##.wav), but it's still not working. The VF80 spits out my CD.
Any ideas?
