Hey everyone,
I have searched far and wide to have this question answered and everywhere I look it comes up a dead end. Here's the deal: I'm trying to import a video project that I'm scoring the sound track for. The video file came as a .AVI file which I converted to a .WMV file using Windows Live Movie Maker. Voila it imports easy as pie. I can see the video clips on the timeline. The audio peaks all show up at a great level, however the video view screen is telling me there is no video present. Now, normally I would try and change the format except that there is another video that came generic on Windows 7 that imports and plays just fine and its a .WMV file. Any ideas as to what could be the problem besides obvious user error.
