Alright, I'm trying to record w/ Cakewalk. I can't get this to work... I think the problem is actually pre-computer, in my mixer. I am running a mic to a Behringer Eurorack MX 602A mixer and then into my soundcard. I can't seem to get anything through the mixer... the mic is an AKG C3000B and I'm running it into the first channel of the mixer... I'm using a XLR to 1/4" cable, so maybe the 1/4" line in doesn't provide phantom power like the XLR in?!? I don't know... all I know is the headphone line on the mixer gives me nothing, as does my futile attempts at recording. If anyone can help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.
