I've looked at this setup to use as monitor. The seller tell me that this system is way better than powered monitor like Alesis M1, Tannoy reveal, etc..
I can have this setup for less than the reveal active. Can I go wrong with this?
I heard the tritus and they sound incredible (it's a company from France who build them). They are not nearfield but I've listen to them at many position and they sound almost the same everywhere so I guess it's good. Furthermore the shop where I listen to them was a very humble room with no accoustic treatment at all so they should sound at least as good in my bedroom.
Thanks for any tips/recommendation, I am to buy them (with the amp) and it's a little bit pricey so if there is someone to tell me "don't buy this, it sound good but will suck for your recording!!" stand up or I'll lose lot of cash!! hehe
