tremolo plugin that locks to beat

I freaking know I own one of these somewhere, Ive used it before. But I can't for the life of me find it anywhere today and its driving me nuts. Whats a basic tremolo that allows you to lock to beat and then choose 1/8, 1/16 or whatever? I KNOW I used to have one, maybe on my old computer. So I'll have to dig thgough all my stupid software to find one.

I looked through my Waves stuff and can't seem to find one in there. Which suprises me, since theres about everything else. Anyone know where I should look? Or who makes this? I know theres one included in Digital Performer, but this is for Sonar.
