He keeps using "I don't really have time to be running this business" as if it's a valid excuse... I mean come on, that there should be enough NOT to order from him. If he doesn't have time, he shouldn't be doing it.
It took me 5 months and a ridiculous amount of threats for Deepwater to send me my second monitor. He claims the first attempt at it was lost in the mail, but FedEx claims they never even picked it up and the tracking number he gave me never existed. In any case that's the sort of thing that should be resolved immediately and decisively. It wasn't. He tried to get out of it for a long time. In the end I had to tell him I'd be calling Visa to do a chargeback for BOTH monitors if he didn't get it sorted out.
Not ordering from him or anyone like him ever agian.
