Just thougt I'd put a thread up for everyone to post how great I've been to you.

I have 3-4 customers mad at me and 100 who are happy.
 
On ebay that would be 97% positive feedback --- I would take those odds any old day! :D
 
next we should make a "Do these forums revolve around deepwater thread?"

damn, like 4 topics on the first page about this.

I got my monitors successfully. No problems. It took a week or so to get them after paypal'ing my money. No big deal. They arrived fine and were undamaged. Correspondence was light but so it is with lots of online purchases. I've dealt with online ripoff artists before and deepwater doesn't strike me as one.

I'll throw in a quick shout out :). I've been nothing but happy with the service from deepwater. Monitors were great, shipping was great, price was great, deepwater is great.
 
I haven't bought anything yet from him, but he's always answered my queries promptly and honestly (as far as I know), and I'm sure I'm eventually going to get some monitors from him, I'm still doing my research. Deepwater, when are you going to have a webpage set up?
 
I received my wharfs yesterday in perfect shape, and haven't even ordered them yet!

And I'm still pissed-off. :mad:

I think I'll order more...

It will be a while. I don't really hae time to run a 3rd business. Between my flooring company and audio contracting company I just don't have time to handle all of the customer service. I was finding my self working all day and then spending all night responding to emails and such.
 
Why is it that this guy can start as may spam threads as he wants and nothing happens to him, and I posted one reply about the Harmony Central Open Jam CD on the HR CD forum and I got banned for a few days? Doesn't make honest, forthright sense to me...

This seems like a pretty useless thread to me and doesn't really have a place here in my opinion. Also, 3 or 4 unhappy customers may not be too bad. 3 or 4 customers who have not received their equipment or a refund though? That is inexcusable.
 
If anyone has a phone number for this dude or an email address, let me know what it is. I wasnt going to put dude out there like that, but it's been 3 weeks since I paid and I havent received my monitors yet, but he got his money the next day which was July 11th. He said he was sending them on the 15th and they still aint here. I've been PMing the dude on here, and sent him an email to him from the form on his site but I have yet to get an answer. And he cant act like he aint been on here cuz I checked his profile and it said his last activity was July 30th, so that was yesterday.

Xstatic is right, not sending the equipment at all or refunding the money cuz you were unable to send it is totally inexcusable. Dude is supposed to be running a business but he doesnt answer his emails? Aint no reason for that unless he's locked up or dead, and obviously he is neither....
