Excellent production...slide whistle and cowbell sounding hits are the highlight. I like the old fashioned vaudevillesque ending too.

I don't know about them either ... it's a Disney reference that I have no clue about.

Yet everyone in the room caught some reference I didn't get -- over the reference that was said.

It doesn't matter to me what they say about your stuff, but ... well, I know you're brilliant and you should have that input to digest what YOU think about it.

I'm only letting you know what the general opinion of that crowd was.

I've little clue as to who Tom and Dick are ... never mind Harry.

... but I will convey thoughts from your juniors ... for whatever it's worth.
 
All I care about is mix critiques. I don't care what anyone thinks of the actual song or if they like it. If they dig it, great. If not, that's perfectly fine too.
 
wow there is some universal consciousness going on thats startling and really something! that means wot i have thought in that i am tapping into the kids hearts!

thats the best time to make an impact musically! i'd love to have babies dancing to my song, it seems you have tapped into that(but more of an elder entertaining the kids and not speaking to them) a bit too because you could make a zack and cody on a space station song!

We simply do what we do, and only need satisfy ourselves with our work.
 
I was being ironic...
And of course I don't know you very well, but judging by your lyrics we have quite a few things in common.
Except thinking that we make music solely for our own enjoyment.
 
Ah ... that would be a slight misinterpretation of what I meant.

When I'm working on a piece, it's not done until I am satisfied that it's done. I must be satisfied first.

If others then like or dislike what I've created, like Greg said ... that's their call ... and that's just the way it is, and not everyone is going to appreciate ... and as an artist, you have to take it or leave it at that, and not care about it either way. We just put it out there to get listened to and it gets judged by the audience.

... but do I labor to amuse myself solely? No. I try to make interesting good music that others will appreciate and enjoy.

But in crafting, I'm the first judge, and must be satisfied ... and if I'm satisfied, then anyone can say what they will.

I hope I explained that better.
