Tracks wont sync up..

Hey everyone.
My tracks don't seem to sync up very well, in fact as it gets farther into the song it gets worse....I do have "correct for drift" and "correct for start sync" checked. Should these be unchecked? Because as it stands this software is useless unless it can sync up.

Try the permutations of those. Also with 'use sound card positioning info'. And there's a latency setting somewhere too. It's a Creative card, I imagine?

sync problem

hi there!
Just thought i'd let u know about the sync problem i have with cool edit 2.0 and also the newly installed audition 1.5
i have 2 OS's,,,, W98se and xp pro... cant get either of these 2 programs to sync up in recording while im using xp, also too the meters keep droppin out and the counter is not consistent, but as soon as i start in w98se everything is so happy, works like a dream.
Would love to solve this problem as xp has the larger hd.
Hope this has put u in some sort of direction as to solving ur problem!
