Track Count-in on CDRs

Quick question:
When burning a CD, does anyone know of a way to give a track lead-in time (ie - a backwards count-in) before it starts?
Can it be done in Sound Forage? Wavelab? Easy CD Creator?

You could record the silence you want at the front of the track and include it when you make the wav file, but I don't know how you get that 'count down'. Good question...
This would be a good one for the Mastering forum.
 
Something tells me that you should be able to do this in the cd recording software. I know I have seen it before, but I can't remember if it was in Easy CD Creator or not.
