its alot a people enjoy Akon style..(dude came out of Prison and blew up..gotta love that)

Luda..will be pick some more sales as soon as he relase another single...


no one is promoting thier album anymore once its damn released like before..and i think its because everyone and their momma coming out with a Album...so you dont realyl get time to sit on the realse and listen to it

 

[Mindset]

Usually it's because well known artists will sell regardless. If your releasing a new artist that nobody knows, that's when you'll see a lot of promotions. A lot of the money that is spent on promoting an album is recouped from the sales of a CD. A well known artist doesn't need as much funds to promote like they used to so they're saving the money, which is really needed in this day and age where people go out and download full albums for free. I know that the money I could save if everyone knew who we were, would be tremendous since I usually always promote promote promote. That money could go into other artist releases, and bigger & better things, like the Ferrari 360 I want for christmas

that is so true..but in dont believe and never will believe downloadin is weaking sales...most people download to perview..and still go out and buy the album..if its more them 3 tracks they like...LOL

artist are pretty much putting out weak material and are suffering the price...

if they take their time and relase a better product it will sell (Mariah Carey, Usher)

i will never buy into downloads are hurting record sales...OK its hurting sales cause its give the customers a change to decide before the album is released to buy it..LOL


but i feel you pain..
