drummerdude666 immature May 29, 2005 #3 Practice. Thats all it is. Play to a click track at a slow speed and play quater notes, then triplets, then 16ths then triplets, then 32nd notes. Do this slowly and move it around different parts of your kit, then slowly build up the speed.
