You play piano 100 times better than me.LOL.This is a soothing piece of music.I like the string stuff too.It adds a lot to the song.Drums are the weakest link in the song IMHO.This song is begging for a strong melodic hook to be sung over it.Write some words man!You are getting some nice recordings these days with a good stereo spread.

I enjoyed it toki.

Its not that good and not very intricate

Since when does something have to be intricate to be good?

There's proof right here that the K.I.S.S. method works, and works well.

The guys in Skynyrd called it "the art of complex simplicity".

Brane and Krame : I appreciate you guys, I`m jus trying send back some of what I`ve picked up from everyone here.. Good Folk...

Good folk...

Yeah you seem like pretty good folk ya self. Damn, i've never written anything for my mother, what a dope I am. Thanks, this gives me something to aim for. Enjoyed this!

good job toki.i liked the faint tinkering bell thing in the back ground.yer piano playing sounds good to me.
see ya tomorrow.

Sounds pretty cool man! I don't know about words...could work in here...but even a strong instrumental melody would sound pretty cool in here. Could be a weather channel contender with a good melody :D (like I said once before, that's not a bad thing in my book... I dig some of TWC backgroung music :D).

cool tune toki-who ever said you need more than the claw shape to play piano anyway :)--The main riff--the kinda I-VI-IV-V--part could easily be sung over or a instrument solo/melody of some kind---I really liked where it went after that-cool change, very dramatic and kind of surprising---and smoothly back into the verse nice....wind chimes? No complaints about the mix-the spectrum seems covered well--sounds real nice, good mood piece.

I do thank you guys for lettin me bore you ears. It was just a rush thing I did a couple of weeks ago while under some emotional strain. I wanted to get the idea down and the emotion out. I wasn`t very adept at playing that kinda stuff at all. I had played the whole thing maybe 2 times before I cut it. I didnt try to go back and re-do this because I was in a rush to put it on a cd for Mom to listen to. She`s 77 and not in very good health. She`s listened to everything I`ve done since I was kid, so this, (as will a finished and polished version coming) is for her. :)

Its not that good and not very intricate but it don`t take that much for Mom.

I hear ya man. My mom's my biggest (maybe only) fan. Nice work. There were some cool changes in there!
