found a TLA-100 for a $1000 is that a good buy?
looking to hook it up to my apogee ensemble and U87 for vocals.
Since it has a tube in it I'm assuming it'll warm things up a bit on the way in.
Or should I just forget the compressor since I'm recording in 24 bit?
Or spend a bit more on a LA-2A or an 1176?
